Fitted with an elegant ambience, each room features a flat-screen TV, fridge, complimentary water bottles and coffee/tea making facilities. The private bathroom comes with a shower booth or a bath tub, free toiletries and bathrobes.

Guests can start the day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and croissants at the Café. A wide variety of dishes are also offered at the café for lunch hours. Guests can also unwind a drink at the lounge bar.

位置非常方便，性價比高 Good location!
櫃台人員不解決任何問題，甚至會為了省事說謊 1.由於貴酒店不能在booking.com選擇景觀房型，我詢問櫃台是否能現場加價面向景觀，他拒絕處理，不斷解釋我們房間景觀已經足夠好 2.詢問不須預約的雪場，她竟回答沒有 3.吹風機有問題，要求換新，等待許久未獲得處理 The counter staff will not solve any problem and will even lie to save trouble. 1. Since there is no view choices on booking.com, I asked the counter if we could pay more for the view. She refused to deal with it and kept explaining that the view of our given room was good enough. 2. When asked about ski resorts that do not require reservations, she said no every ski resort needs a reservation. 3. There is a problem with the hair dryer. I asked for a new one. 帶著爸媽三個成人住在一間加床房，因為空間過於狹窄，除了走道都要側著走，三個行李箱無法同時開啟，移來移去真的很麻煩... 真心不建議多人入住。
飯店位置頗方便，鄰近光化門、景福宮、三清洞商圈等。附近也有很多連鎖餐飲店、咖啡廳，不用擔心餓肚子。飯店服務人員有求必應，有任何需求都會協助幫忙。
沒辦法接受房間冷氣是中央空調，晚間會自動轉為暖氣，就算開著窗戶通風還是會熱到睡不著。整體房內設備老舊，壁紙拉門等都有剝落或是油漬，住起來會有點不舒服。

可能有季節性問題，所以當天的晚上是炎熱的，房間不能開啟冷氣空調，只有提供暖氣，但是當時的房間溫度已經是30度C，所以只能開窗睡覺了...會悶到流汗，建議如果是這樣的狀態，是否房間提供風扇？不然那是不好入眠的。
